Ruby started writing the moment she learnt to pick up a pencil and has worked on stories and articles since she can remember. She has been published in a wide range of international press with a variety of tones, styles, voices and subjects including:

Travel Writing

Ruby has filed stories from Italy, France, Spain, Algeria, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Vietnam and of course Australia.

Arts Journalism

Ruby’s print articles include interviews with Tim Minchin, Paul Capsis and Michael Kantor with hundreds of articles and reviews on theatre, film, music, dance, literature and visual arts.

Festivals

Ruby enjoys a festival the most with a report to write or piece (or 16!) to produce. Ruby has covered Cannes Film Festival, MIPCOM, Edinburgh Fringe, Melbourne Festival of the Arts, Berlin Film Festival, Australian Playwrights’ Festival, Byron Bay Writers’ Festival, Barcelona Tap Festival and Le Salon de la Photo in Guelma Algeria.

Columns
